My Top 5 Book Page Wreath Designs

My Brother and his wife are celebrating their first wedding anniversary this week and I wanted to make them a gift so I googled (doesn't everyone do that?) what is the anniversary gift for the first year of marriage?  Wiki Answers gave me a modern and traditional list that you can find here. The traditional gift is paper. The modern gift is in a post comming soon. Well that is very broad topic so to help me narrow it down my sister-in-love is an english teacher and avid reader so I thought why not make her one of those book page wreaths that I have seen on all the blogs. So after googling (is that a word yet?) book page wreaths I've narrowed it down to my top five. And here they are in order of what will take me the least amount of time...

Number 1.
The Folded BPW.
This one is from a Pottery Barn catalogue.
Three different books of different color and size make for a very relaxed and simple wreath.
I love that it doesn't look overworked.

Number 2.
The Medallion BPW.
What girl doesn't love a little glitter and sparkle., plus I can see their monogram going right in the middle of the medallion.

Number 3.
The Punched BPW.
I love this one because it looks so light and airy. I also think it would look great with a leaf shape for fall.

Number 4.
The Rolled Jute BPW.
I have made this wreath as a gift for a good friend before and it is really stunning in person, but it just takes way too much time and I only have a couple of days or I would be making her them this one.

Number 5.
The Curly BPW
I love this for so many reasons, it looks like paper ribbon, it looks like wood shavings, and it just looks different from all the others. But from the tutorial I know I do not have the time or equipment needed to make this wreath (insert sad face).

I anyone knows who made these wreaths please let me know so I can give them proper credit. I had these pictures on my computer before there was pinterest. And I just can't remember where they came from.

You will have to check back on Monday to see which one I chose. I just love surprises, don't you?
